Tim is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. A native of New Orleans, his interest in real estate was inspired by the character, authenticity, and charm of the local architecture.

Tim believes that, by delivering functional and inspiring built environments, the goal of real estate is to facilitate and accentuate community, commerce, and lifestyle.

Tim received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and M.B.A. from the University of California Haas School of Business. Most recently, he worked at Shorenstein Properties building a multifamily platform for the company comprising 2,500 units. His expertise lies in sourcing and executing real estate investments, including market and opportunity evaluation, design, entitlements, development, financing, and asset management.
