Burnside is a neighborhood-focused development in Chattanooga’s Southside District. The adaptive reuse development project encompasses the restoration of a 100-year-old industrial warehouse and manufactory formerly home to the Andrews Paper Box Company founded in 1912. The property now includes 45 apartments, each with a unique identity but sharing common characteristics of natural light and exposed original architectural elements. The project also includes 6,500 sf of commercial space, anchored by Number Ten steakhouse and speakeasy on the ground level.
